Meeting The Need Through Mission Work

The Inception of Vineyard Tabernacle

Victory Tabernacle has always had a heart for mission work and established a Missions Program from the very beginning of its inception. In 1998, a little more than a year after moving into the current building and officially becoming Victory Tabernacle, the first of many mission trips to other countries began. Over the years, the Pastor, and/or many members of the church have traveled to the Philippines, Nepal, Haiti, Tanzania, Kenya, India, Sri Lanka, China, Honduras, and Mexico.

During these many trips, Pastor Glenn Yohn found an increasing cry from native pastors for teaching and spiritual encouragement. He assisted in seminars with hundreds of pastors and church workers; and crusades for the vast number of people searching for answers to their spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. Knowing the United States has always been a nation that is very strong in foreign missions works and helping the poor and needy, Rev. Yohn began an organization of ministers in 2010, under the name of Vineyard Tabernacle to help meet the needs of others for the purpose of bringing glory to God.

Vineyard Tabernacle's Mission:

  • Provide ministerial helps for native pastors, evangelists, missionaries, churches, and the poor & needy to promote the Kingdom of God.
  • Provide support teams to assist those ministers who are left drained emotionally and spiritually
  • Provide aid for as many as possible needing assistance

Vineyard Tabernacle Membership:

  • Ministers: A minister desiring to become a member of Vineyard Tabernacle will be interviewed as to his calling of God and his education of the Bible.  Proper credentials will be issued to that individual upon the satisfaction of the licensing committee.

  • Churches: A church desiring to join Vineyard Tabernacle must have doctrinal views that are in line with Vineyard Tabernacle's faith statement. The church would be provided with assistants in leadership and guidance. There will be other helps for the church leadership as well as their members, such as spiritual encouragement through teaching seminars and forums. Churches are a great means to reach out to the poor and needy in a community and Vineyard Tabernacle will promote and help in these efforts.

  • Any church or minister which joins Vineyard Tabernacle will come under the authority of Vineyard Tabernacle. The name Vineyard Tabernacle will be used exclusively in conducting any/all business affiliated with the organization. Churches founded by Vineyard Tabernacle will use the name Vineyard Tabernacle. Churches that are already established and wish to join Vineyard Tabernacle will maintain their own respective name.

Vineyard Tabernacle is based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and is available 24/7 to meet the needs of others. As president of Vineyard Tabernacle, Pastor Glenn Yohn will assure the needs of others will be met to the best of his ability, no matter how busy he may be. There is no such thing as off time. Schedules at times, may need to be adjusted, but as Vineyard Tabernacle grows, and demand of time increases, Pastor Yohn believes that more wonderful, talented, and educated people will join Vineyard Tabernacle to meet the requirements.

Vineyard Tabernacle is funded by donations and tithes of ministers and churches. If you wish to be a part of meeting the needs of the impoverished or reaching the world for Christ, please consider making a donation below!  God bless you!

Helping Our Cause

We believe giving is a form of worship to God.

2 Corinthians 9:7:  "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."
